About the founder
Mohammad Jweel Hossain was born on November 16, 1991, in a respected Muslim family in Barishal. His father is a retired army officer, and his mother is a school teacher. From a young age, he showed a deep curiosity and vision for science and innovation.
He completed his SSC in 2007 and HSC in 2009, then enrolled in the Department of Zoology at Government B. M. College—one of the most prestigious institutions in southern Bangladesh. He graduated with honors, earning first-class distinction and ranking second in his department. Later, he moved to Dhaka and pursued a Master’s in Science at Dhaka College (under the University of Dhaka), where he again achieved excellent results.
During his master’s studies, Jweel began his entrepreneurial journey in the field of Industrial Fire Safety and Security Solutions. As a Director of Hypery International Limited, he has played a key role in supporting over a thousand clients in Bangladesh’s garments and industrial sectors, including some of the country’s largest corporate groups.
To strengthen his expertise, he completed a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Fire Science and Technology in 2023, offered jointly by the Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence and the National University.
A visionary by nature, Jweel currently resides in Dhaka Cantonment. Despite his young age, he has traveled to countries such as India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Indonesia, and Malaysia—broadening his worldview and business insight.
In June 2025, driven by a mission to create local employment and advance eco-friendly technology, he founded Zaiyaan Corporation, an electric vehicle company based in Rupatoli, Barishal, next to Sonargaon Textile Limited. The Barishal operations are managed by his younger brother, Md. Abe Hayat.
